Shannon Jones, Esquire

Shannon Jones has been practicing family law for over 20 years.  She has handled thousands of divorce and custody cases, and fights hard for the best possible result for every client.  Her current practice focuses on complex financial divorces, including high net-worth marital estates, business valuation issues and prenuptial agreements.

Jessica Partain, Esquire

Since being admitted to the South Carolina bar in 2013, Jessica has primarily focused her practice on family law. Undaunted by any obstacle or complication that comes her way, Jessica has developed an amazing reputation as a fearless and driven family law attorney.


Originally from Anderson, South Carolina, Jessica is a Clemson University and a Charleston School of Law alumna. After earning her law degree, Jessica returned to Charleston Law where she served as an adjunct Legal Research and Writing professor for several years. 


Jessica joined the Shannon Jones Law firm in 2019. Jessica is a civil court mediator and arbitrator, is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar, and is admitted to practice in federal court.


Jessica loves spending time with her children and husband, boating and spending time on the water, and she is an avid Clemson Tigers football fan.

Samantha Hinrichs

A descendant of a Cuban immigrants and fluent in Spanish, Samantha began her legal career in family law after recognizing a growing need for bilingual representation in domestic law. While she is experienced in all areas of family law, she is particularly passionate about domestic matters involving immigration.


After graduating with honors from George Mason University in 2012, Samantha moved to the Lowcountry where she attended Charleston School of Law. While in law school, she obtained a Professional Research Certification through Lexis Nexis. She graduated in 2019 and has since been a member of the South Carolina bar.


Samantha shares her love for cooking and hosting with her grandmother, who has instilled in her all of the skills of Cuban cuisine. Her true loves, however, are her pups Bella and Nya.
